Feedback is much appreciated!
If that is you in the pic then the genetics are there to make an impact in the world of BBing. Great foundation to build on.

Yes that is me, this was my 2nd show I've competed in. I'm 17 and was 187lb here
Look great very good future for you . May I ask what's your routine look like. I'm looking to get into the bodybuilding scene also.
Right now its my off season and I'm on a 5 day split. Monday legs, Tuesday chest and tris, Wednesday back and biceps, Thursday off, Friday shoulder, Saturday arms and then Sunday off. I tend to focus more towards the hypertrophy type of training and lots of constant tension type movements. Right now I'm weighing 211lb in my off season
Mind sharing your supp stack also love seeing how you do it. So I can maximize my gains
Right now its consists on my multi vitamin and cla in the morning and then a weight gainer at like mid day and the whey protein and karbolyn for post workout with creatine. And then casein at night before bed sometimes. Nothin fancy. Just the basics
Thanks for the fast reply . I use the basics also Ty for the help
No problem bud! Are you wanting to compete soon??
I'm no were near ready 5'5 148 8 % bf
I'm no were near ready 5'5 150 10% bf I look ok but want to hit 170 then lean out
Wish I would've looked like that at 17. I'm 19 now and just decided to do my first clean bulk. Currently I'm at about 148-150 depending, 5'6", and 12% bf. Plan to get to 175-185 then cut in January for next spring and summer.
Great work though man, definitely have better genetics than I do! You've got tons of potential already!
Check out my first log, which is also my first bulk: http://anabolicminds.com/forum/workout-logs/230667-8-months-185-a.html#post4020543
17!? How is that possible!?
You look good
17?!?!? You have the body of a 28 year old who has been lifting for a decade and trying to go pro
