Alright, so I'm 19, 5'6" and currently weigh 146. Body fat test said 6.4% which I think is wrong, I think closer to 11-12.
I'm liking how cut/defined I've gotten but, I've lost some strength (started at ~160 52 days ago), and I feel like I've gotten too small for my frame. Just want to hear some opinions on whether to keep cutting or bulk up to about 175.
