    I'm looking to get back into the gym i really want to bulk up can anyone help me with a routine to follow everyday and some tips? THANKS!!

  3. you can aso look into the 5x5 community. stronglifts 5x5 for a beginner, madcows 5x5 for intermediate (repping 250-300lb squats full rom). great routines for building a strong base

    DC is generally for advanced lifters. idk what your experience is so keep that in mind. T Nation does the best at explaining what it is and gives you a workout layout. if you have any questions on either program, dont hesitate to ask.

  6. Agree with above. DC much advanced. The good ol' 5x5 program is great for adding size.
