I'm 16 years old and I've been weightlifting for 5 years now but I'm lookin to put on mass and build strength and I need a workout. I'm not sure how to put together a workout thats good for me. I'm 6' 3" 170 pounds by the way

Monday: arms Tuesday: lower body Wednesday: traps and delts Thursday: lower body Friday: pecs and lats. But I'm ready to start gaining mass but I'm not sure where to start

Thanks everyone for sharing your exercise ideas and routine. In my opinion cardio is good exercise so we should add cardio exercises in our routine.
