    Realistic expectations


    Hey guys I'm just wondering how far I can go without the use of aas. I mean what's the best physique I can achieve? If y'all have any pics of natural bodybuilders or examples that would be great. I guess I'm trying to figure out if I'm just spinning my wheels trying to go the natural route.

    I went from 150lbs to 210, then back down to 180s after I tried to get cut but I was not happy with my size. Then got back to 190, this took me about 6-7 years but I was still not happy. For the last 2 years I have tried a PH and did a mild run on test, got back to 210 and looked huge! Right now I am back down to 197ish and allot leaner, arms are 18.5 now from 17 when I was all natty! I am natty now but I look sooo much better! I would give yourslef time till you get stuck for a year or 2 at the same size, then mabey if your not happy you could do a test cycle. With a good PCT you will keep allot of what you gained, right now I am juust lifting my ars off natty because I am pretty happy now. I guess it depends on how far you want to take it.

    Its going to depend on how much you put into it with your diet, training and being consistent with that. Other factors you have to put into play is your genetics.

    It realy depends on ur body type. If ur on top of ur game u can expect to be able to drop to 7-10 bf, and gain a little muscle.dont expect any thing u see on tv or im magz.

    U WILL B HAPPY!
    with ur hard work and exersice.

    Diet is the secret key, u can gain a little mass and get shredded dont be discuraged.

    Bulking is where natty fails. Very hard to bulk naturally. So if fhats ur goal, dont dream to big

    Most people get too fat cause they are eating too many damn calories when essence all they need is about 500 over....
    So if they are already eating clean around maintenance all they would need is one more meal that day or a gainer shake...

    This. Im sick of bros that eat freakin mcdonalds and pizza every day and call it bulking. Its stupid. High calorie does NOT mean a no holds barred diet. Personally i find a bulking diet harder to maintain than cutting. Take a BMR of 3300~ cal a day. Add 500~ cal burned in the gym. Add the 500 needed for mass, thats 4300 calorie diet. And 500 is conservative for the gym. I wear a hr monitor and know my hr never drops below 130 the whole hour i lift. Plus if u do cardio thats more. 4300 clean calories is HARD to do. Possible. But much harder than eating 3300~ clean calories in a cut.

    Absolutely. Sitting at 213~ bout 10 percent bf. im 6 ft 3 tho so thats not THAT heavy lol.

    I'm 5'8 I was up to 198 before this damn tonsillectomy. It's been a week so far and I'm not sure where I'm at bf wise
