Possible improper form on bench press

  1. Possible improper form on bench press


    So when ive been benching ive noticed that it feels like im working out my shoulders and biceps a lot more than my chest. Since bench is a chest exercise can someone let me know if my form is incorrect? Becase ive noticed small gains in my pecs compared to my arms and shoulders.

  3. Yep I have been feeling the same recently so I switched from barbell to dunbells and I can feel the pump a hole lot more especially towards the centre of my chest.

    Every now and then il throw the bench in there but I prefer the dunbells now.
