The majority of trainers/ competitors I've spoken to cant stress enough of how important the initial 4-6 weeks are coming out of a natural comp.

Reason being is I'm lead to believe the body is extremely anabolic and this where we build our mature muscle. With that said im sure we've all loosened the belt at times thinking we have everything under control and we know exactly what where doing in terms of the right balance of food and intake.

We then come to the point where we realize enough's enough and start the grueling mental and physical battle back to the glory road.

I still think the no.1 key element in all of this is:
"Failing to Prepare is Preparing to Fail"
And change is as good as a holiday!
