    Hey guys/girls. How much creatine do you recommend per day. How much is too much?

    5 grams a day, anything more is unnecessary.

    5 g with first meal and second portion - 5 g after workout.
    In Off days 5 g with first meal and second portion couple hours later with another meal.

    I would stick with 5g and see how you get on, Can always increase this later

    I agree with the 5gr a day for off days. On days that I workout I usually take about 3gr pre-wo and 3gr post-wo. I just do that because I have heard so many different opinions on if it is better to take creatine pre or.post workout. So I just split my dose and do both.

    Creatine taken pre and post workout gives lots of benefits.

    I personally do 10 g pre and sip it intra. nothing off days

    When I was using it on wo and nwo days it was 5 pre/ intra workout day, and pre bed non workout days
