So I started taking some vitamins and minerals, just wondering what you guys think, if it's good or if i should be adding something.
Multi-vit ( a,c,d,e,k,riboflavin,b6,b12,ca lcium, iron, you get the picture)
1000mg fish oil
320mg saw palmetto
1600 IU of D3
400mg/20mg l-arginine/ l-glutamine
3mg ginkgo (extract)
100mg boron citrate
1000mg lactobacillus and bifidobacterium probiotics (acidophilus)
Work out intensely 4 days a week, sneaking 15-20 minutes of Cardio in when possible. Thanks for any advice.
Orange Triad, fish oil, and BCAAs will pretty much cover your needs.

I take bcaa's in my protein, along with creatine. I was looking into orange triad but it's kinda expensive. Been just taking a spring valley men's pack. Is animal pak any better then OT?Originally Posted by TayTeg
