    I have been seriously lifting for 4 years now, I'm 5'9" and weigh 182, 32 years old is it possible to hit 200 lbs naturally with out gaining a lot of body fat? I eat six times a day get plenty of calories and protein but I'm stuck on 182. My lifts are going up but my weight just won't increase

    Well at the rate your going it will take four more years to hit 200lbs. I would focus on compound movements, use heavy weights and eat a lot of food. Possible to gain weight without a lot of fat? Yes. Hard? Yes. Clean bulk is what your looking for.
