Lol in order to gain muscle you need to get in protein. Drink a lot of milk and eat yogurt post workout instead of a protein shake

Actually, you just need protein to repair muscles (as well as hormone transport etc etc etc., not necessairly to 'bulk'). To bulk, you just need to eat more, including protein. IMO protein shakes are a waste of money if you can get your protein from whole foods.
Just eat more.

Eat more solid foods for protein as said above. And eat like a freakin horse on crack. Tear that s*** up brah!! Kill it!
