I'm 19 I have been training for about year and a half and I'm doing everything that I can right eating heeps of good foods about 3900 cals training hard and not sure why I'm not gaining that well and maybe some fat that's all what could I be doing wrong I'm avoiding over trainig and cosseting try a ph cycle of halodrol what could be the reason
Could it be low test






- the result, test ~300ng/dl. I won't go into my whole story but the point is, you can have a low testosterone condition at any age.
