1. routine

    I'm nineteen and bout to start getting after it at the gym. And I was wondering what's the most effective way to go? 4 day split five day split? I just wanna get some opinions

  2. Plenty of prgrams out there mate, pick one and stick to it!! Diet, progression and consistency is Key!

    Heres some options:

    Starting Strength
    endler 5/3/1 - variation 1 - variation 2
    ortons Phat (Adjust Volume) Its a template not a program!
    Violent Hero 5x5
    estside 4 skinny bastards
    trong lifts 5x5

    fill this out (myfitnesspal) and make sure you hit your macros! Or just EAT A LOT! and monitor strength and BF%
