By how much can body building raise testosterone???

My Total T is 429 ng/dl do you think if I start bodybuilding that I could raise it to atleast 600 ng/dl.I get people tellin me that 429 ng/dl is low and others saying it's a good level. So I wanna try raising it in the summer time cause I feel like sh!t in the winter.I also heard I can't rely on one test so I'll get another done at 8:00 on the dot free and total. So if you guys have any tips plzz help me out.

It's really variable man. You can look at porn then take the test and hit 600.

Id bet that if you worked out hard enough and make it happen. I dont know how much natural effort levels affect test, but if you worked out hard enough to put on some real massI would assume that a 1/3 test increase is realistic.

hormonal increase as a result of exercise is related to muscle stimulation. the greater the amount of muscle stimulated by an exercise, the greater the hormonal output as a result. intensity of exercise applies as well.

squats done at 100% intensity will result in a greater increase than leg extensions at 100% intensity. deadlifts done at 100% intensity will do more than seated cable rows.

i don't remember the specific pathways and integration crap for it so if that's what you're asking then look it up or hope someone else will tell you..
