    Assault, Recon, Battle Fuel Log !


    Hi this will be my Log for the following supplements

    Assault

    About me:

    I have started training for football at 17, stop playing football, but did felt in love with weight traning an never stop since them.

    For the duration of this log I will train with weight 5 times weeks and do at least 2 cardio session per week. I and trying to loose fat, increase strenght, and speed ( for ice hockey )

    Right I am doing 3 medium carbs day following by one higer cabs day.

    Will took picture first thing in the morning at the firts day of the log then on the last day of the log to showcase the progress.

    Day 1

    First of all sorry for the delay, I did caught some kind of flu when I arrived from vacation. I could not taste a single thing, since my nose was block, spend 10 days on Antibiotic. Just Finished on last saturday.

    On a better note my 6 months old baby girl started to do night from 7 pm to 5 am !! Wow this is nice, it have been I taught ride getting up 3 times per night for the last 6 months, this is giving your body a beating !!!!

    I will take my photo first thing in the morning tomorow.

    During that log I will rarely do the same workout 2 weeks in a row since it seem that I respond better to changin training often.

    I will try to do low and high carbs days also.

    Day 1

    Standing military press
    95 lbs x 16, 115lbs x 9, x7, x7

    Close grip bench press
    135lbs x 15, 155lbs x 8, x8, x8

    Deadlift
    245lbs x6, x 6, x5, x5

    Shoulder barbell upright row
    95lbs x 9, x9, x8, x8

    I did not really squat or deadlift in about a year do to knee and lower back injury. Hopefully the will get up to respectable number at the end of that log.

    Assault (blue artic raspberry )
    Took it 30 minutes before the workout with The battle fuel. Taste is really good, ( I do prefer the limonade one do ) this will not cause any probleme for those who have difficulty with taste. Mixe really well no problem here !

    I had a really good pump today, muscle felt full look good in my muscle pharm shirt. Assault and Battle fuel gave me a real good boost in the energy department.

    Post workout use the Fruit Punch Recon. Taste really good for and BCAA mix, not as good as Assault, but still really good.

    I had a little bit of bathroom experience after Diner, I might need to get use to these 3 supplements.

    Day 2

    Did medium carbs day today, I did eat about 150g of carbs.

    Training

    Pull up bodyweight

    Dips bodyweight
    13, 12, 11, 10

    Legs extension one legs at the time
    35lbs x18, 45 lbs x 12, 11, 9

    Arnold press
    55lbs x 6

    DB hammer curl
    45lbs x 32

    Seated calfs raise
    90lbs x 13, x 11

    Took Assault and Battle fuek 30 minutes before the workout and Recon immediately after my last sets.

    Assault still taste amazing, Recon is it not bad also. Had a good workout, felt pump, the muscle contraction was also really good.

    Took 3 pictures first thing in the morning, I sent the 3 pics at work to try to donwsize them to post them. Man I am fat I will say about 20 to 22 % bodyfat ! Well.......thing can only go better from now on. Weight was also between 210 to 212 this morning.

    Neutral grip pull up super set with barbell biceps curls

    Biceps barbell curls 75 lbs x 8

    Felt a little tired today but still have a good workout in the pump department. Recon taste is growing on me day by day as I am starting to crave the taste at the end of my workout, Past fews day dooms seem to have decrease.........a little bit to early to tell.

    Reverse grip barbell row

    Shoulder DB Lateral raise.
    25 lbs x 16, 30 lbs x10, 8,, 8

    Super sets Cable triceps push down with Biceps curls.

    Triceps 140 lbs x 19, 160lbs x 14, x14

    Biceps 140lbs x 12, x 12, x10

    Add a pretty good workout for a fiday night, arms were really pump I had difficulty to but my shirt back on after the workout.

    Battle fuel seem to be kicking in, felt a little more aggressive, hunger is also up.


    took yesterday off, Today I took batlle fuel a couple of minute ago. Preparing for a 5 k run !

    15 minutes eliptique cardio

    Did increase 15 lbs from last time I did high pull close grip pull down ! Pretty good ! Had lot of energy, recuperation beetween set is definately up ! And llike I said before the taste of recon really is growing on me !

    DB seated shoulder press

    15 minutes jogging

    The recovery aspect of this stack is showing up for me right now was suppose to took 1 and half minute of rest beetween set. But end up taking 1m 15 sec max. Felt really good.

    Tonight I play Ice Hockey, I think I will use Assault before and Recon after if it is ok with the MP crew ?

    Definitely, I would try drinking the Assault during the first couple periods though, not all at once. You don't want to get a huge leg pump while trying to skate down the ice lol.

    I decided not to use assault pre hockey game in regard to the pump in the legs.

    Day 7 ( last friday )

    Squat 185lbs x9, 205 lbs x 8, 225 lbs x 3

    Legs press one leg at the time
    4 plattes x 11, x 10

    Legs curls
    70lbs x 12, 12, 8

    Legs extension, one leg at the time
    70lbs x 16, 15, 14

    Calfs vertical push
    90lbs x 15, 12, 10

    My lower back did start to hurt me like hell again, like somebody stabb me with a knifve in the lower back. No more squat before I see a Chiro that check me out.

    Other than that the rest of the workout was good. Assault still amaze me in the taste department.......still can not believe I am drinking a preworkout when I drink it ! Hummy !


    During the week end I did when for 2 30 minutes run, I can tell that the endurance is up.

    I also use on of the protein gel that was also sent to me. I use the cinamon one, taste pretty good, I have an other one, I might just trhow it with some all natural peanut butter next time on toast !

    Day 8 ( today )

    Incline bench press
    185lbs x 10,x7,x 5

    Bodyweight pull up

    Close grip bench press
    185lbs x 8,x6,x6

    15 minutes cardio HIT running

    I really can tell that my cardio his upplately, running is starting to feel easy. I think that I am also leaning out a little, by the look in the mirror.

    I will try one on the Bullet prouf sample I got and let you know tomorow how it went.

    When you squat do you push your abs out or suck them in?

    Day 9

    Ok last night did use one of the bullet proof that was also sent to me. It was the grape one, taste pretty good, nothing bad to say about the taste. Love the 10 g of protein you got with it. Mix really well also.

    It took about 30 minutes to start feeling more relax, I went to bed and 5 minutes later it was light out ! I normaly sleep from 10 to 6 am and wake up with the alarm. This morning wake up at 5 am flat ! not feeliing tire at all. Nice quality sleep I tell you !

    Today did

    DB shoulder lateral raises
    30lbs x12,x11,x9,x8

    Barbell biceps curls
    80lbsx 12, x 10, x9, x9

    Barbell upright row
    95lbs x10, x9 , x9 ,x9

    Had an amazing pump today, shoulder were full and tight. Recuperation beetween sets is still increasing.

    Went back home after eat , rest a little and went for a 30 minutes jogg. Had plenty of energy !

    So far I love this stack ! Energy, focus, endurance and drive are up !

    No form is not the probleme , I have squat since I am 17, the best squat I ever did was 355 2 two ATG perfect form. 3 years ago I did hurt my back doing deadlift. The Chiro that replace me told me I should not do dealift again since something was wrong ............I said screw it and continue. I hurt my lower back a couple of time since them, add difficuly to get fully up some day but It have always went away withing a week. Not anymore will have to see a Doc to be sure.

    Good workout, considering I did play Ice hockey the night before ! Recovery is up since I had not problem doing legs.

    So last work day I took another bulletproof sample that was sent to me. Like the first time it took about 30 minutes to knock me out. Felt fresh and well rested in the morning. I would look to purchase this product in the future for sure.

    Great workout felt strong, swole and motivated.


    I played Ice hockey yesterday, it was pretty hot and humide in Quebec for the last 3 days so the ice quality was so so , and I was sweating a lot, mix recon with some gatorade G2 , taste was really good.

    I am off from Battle fuel for 1 week, than I will attack the second tube.

    I had and amazing workout, was fully pump, look swole, I could have run in between my set , kept the rest time to 1m30 sec, but after 1 minute I was anxious to attack the weight again. My stamina is crazy high on these stack !
