    UFC UPSET!!!

But I'm not!! I love that Silva lost, he is so disrespectful in the ring and it bit him in the ass this time. Served him right! I hate watching him goof around. If I was Chris I would've called him out on his bull**** after the fight with Joe Rogan as a lessen learned.

That's what happens when you disrespect the #1 contender in the MW division in front of millions of people.

Agreed! Couldn't have scripted it better. A knock-out was the best possible ending.

Silva has too big an ego for it to be fixed and nobody puts themselves in harms way to be fixed (let's themselves get knocked out) They PRETEND to get hit then lie there. It was Silva being Silva and it caught up to him finally! People are STUPID if they think its fixed!

Some the biggest money making fights are trilogys, silva is 38 also. I'm not saying silva took a dive or the fight was fixed , but labeling people stupid for thinking it is a little naive don't you think.

Nobody here said it, Dana White was asked at the post fight interview about it and he called those people ****ing idiots, so no I stand by my statement..saying it was fixed means that they believe Silva risked serious injury by letting himself get knocked unconscious (he was out) there is no way before the fight you can say..ok..."I'm gonna knock you out a little bit, not enough to cause brain damage, but just enough to get the KO..ok?" "So just let me hit you aaaaand..." Lol, So yeah that's stupid!!

uhh, what do you think white is gonna say, that's just ridiculous to use that as a point, hes going to lie either way. What did you think he was going to say, that they were right apparently you underestimate what people will do for money.

again Im not saying the fight was fixed, but its perfectly reasonable for people to look at the situation and think a possible money grab can be happening, especially for a fighter at 38 y/o on his way out of the sport.

What I said has nothing to do with that copy and paste job you just did. Im talking about more fights, if silva gets a rematch and wins, do you think its ends there , no there would be a 3rd match kind of how dos santos and cain are going. They can sell and make loads of money on 3 fights between silva and Weidman for years to come. as far as silva and no rematch, you should know better than to listen to a fighter after a loss. Half the fighters in the UFC would have retired by now if they were serious after a loss about what they said.

So he'll let himself get knocked out?? That's stupid. Wow, people throw fights by PRETENDING to get hit not by getting hit! Silva was being Silva and it caught up to him this time (all his goofing around)

LOL. BAM!! YOU just knocked YOUSELF out of this argument by contradicting yourself. YOU SLIPPED UP LIKE SILVA DID. DID YOU THROW THE ARGUEMENT?? I don't believe you did...it was a slip and it happens.

"as far as Silva and no rematch, you should know better than to listen to a fighter after a loss" I also said that may change so I covered myself there too. I do know it doesn't mean much what they say after just losing AND DOES THAT SOUND LIKE SOMEONE THAT THREW THE FIGHT?? You are WAY off man!!

your trying way to hard. I said I don't think he lost the fight, I said I think I can see why people think he did. nobody has every lost a fight on purpose in the history of fighting or shaved points or thrown a race, right?

I know what I'm debating and you're not reading & I hate repeating myself. Nobody throws a fight BY LETTING THEMSELVES GET KNOCKED OUT! It's by a phantom punch or pretending to get knocked out by a weak punch that lands that's how fights are thrown. Don't think I'm na´ve, argue the point! Here and now some say he might have thrown the fight. Regarding that statement I think those people are stupid. I'm ONLY talking about this fight. Don't make light of your contradictions either. You start making things up to support your point, trilogy matches & shaved points thrown races. Those are valid but not to this fight and this time. You can't fake unconsciousness like that HE WAS OUT! By the way I didn't say you thought it, I don't think you do. You're playing devils advocate, I'm saying people that think that are stupid because they are always looking for some conspiracy, AND THIS WAS BLACK & WHITE.

I did capitalize a sentence. And not sure how small your ego is for that to come across as trying to be cool. As far as I know which is not much about computers but using caps takes the place of tone, so If I was yelling or trying to emphasize a point. For me it was for the latter. If we were face to face you would hear my tone but that doesn't come through on the computer. Lol, not sure how old you are but I'm way past trying to act cool on a computer, lol..not my thing.

curious when did I start making things up, because I don't believe I did, and again your repeating youself is your fault. You underestimate what people will do for money , plain and simple, the rest of the world knows this apparently you don't.

It's ur opinion it could've happened here. I say bull****. So ur not understanding. As thick as you are I understood ur point and I stand behind my words calling people that thought the fight was thrown as stupid. Therefore disagreeing with you. Simple brah.

Silva stood to make a ton more money with a win!!! He cost himself a huge pay day in a super fight. And he could have won that super fight against GSP and parlayed it into a mega pay day with jones.

He always plays with his opponent. Look at the Griffin fight... He slapped knocked him out.

But Dana's expression at the post fight presser said it all. Anderson was the link!! If he won, Dana woul have made the GSP fight first, then if Anderson won that fight... Jones vs silva would have been the stadium show ( cowboy stadium, soccer stadium in brazil) that Dana has dreamt about!!! Millions!!!

Silva trying clown an bait wiedman into a standing war did exactly that!! And just like wiedmans coach proved anyone that stands toe to toe run the risk of staring at the bright lights with herb standing over them!!!

The big thing to watch now is if Anderson doesn't want the rematch, will he be the same fighter?? That one knockout was all it took to change Liddell, Evans, Forrest... The list goes on.

That's what I posted! As well, anyone with knowledge of the sport and has followed it (I can say that I've caught them all since the very first one) will know it was Silva being Silva! Sooner or later the cockiness will catch up to you. Personally I hope he loses it and starts to slide like those others. But he may not, maybe he'll do as GSP and learn from the set backs and not do it again and if he treats the sport with respect than he could still be dangerous! But I hope not, I just don't like him.

I personally don't care for him either, he beat my fav fighter Forrest. Silva is sick when he wants to be and when we feels challenged. His problem has always been great wrestlers! Te first ought with Chael he lost until his miracle. Wiedman took him down with ease and put it on him. I doubt silva was hurt during te exchange but after that he knew he had to bait him to save himself. Wiedman did his homework and proved once again everyone gets burned when you play with fire.

I also hope silva starts his slide. I don't like that he is so hyped. I don't like his attitude or his lack of care. He said in his interview, he trained for 6 weeks!!! Wiedman trained for 6 months!! The wok isn't in the cage it's in the gym.

I would love to silva fight Roy jones jr be cause I honestly think he will get knocked out clean.

Sorry for my rant but I have been a fan of the sport since the start.

I have been waiting for years now, to see someone pop Sylva in the ribs when he is doing all that ignorant bobbing and weaving.... Sylva is good at getting the other fighter into head-hunting him..... The guys that spar with Chris knew he had an excellent chance to win, because Chris IS that good... I just hope Chris breaks his ribs in a rematch, but who knows when that will be.....

I would love to see Silva start losing now to others! Kind've like the 4 minute mile...nobody thought it could be done then when somebody did it EVERYBODY started breaking it. People know now he can lose so they will go into the fight with a different mind set and beat him up!!
