I ordered your samples and I loved every product in there! The cordygen5 stands out the most to me. It gave me a great edge. I am looking forward to grabbing a bottle of this but I also wanted to get something to use with it. I was thinking either CEE or looking at the ZMK/MVP stack.

I am currently on a bulk trying to go from 185 to 200. You guys were greating getting the samples out to me ASAP! I'll be logging it with my new workout plan on here. Any suggestions what I can look into for some strength and muscle gains?

Hope you guys have some good suggestions!

Well firstly I want to thank you for the kind words and let you know that we will always try to be on top of our game for you, that much you can be assured of.

As far as strength gains, it depends on what you're a reactor to. Personally I don't respond well to any form of Creatine Ethyl Esther so I don't use CEE, but I also don't respond to mono extremely well either. I almost gave up on creatine in general, until I tried Kreaceps Xs. Apparently my XFactor in Creatine is Kre-Alkalyn. Everyone's body is different

. Do you know what kinds of creatine you respond well to?

Ragnarok is a great pre-w/o with 3 different forms of creatine, beta alanine, arginine akg, taurine, electrolytes, and antioxidants....plus much more. I have noticed a large change with my workouts since switching to Ragnarok.

And lastly since you brought it up, the ZMK/MVP stack is simply wonderful. Taking your vitamins at day to motor you through with some extra energy and focus and getting your minerals at night to help promote growth and recovery in your sleep.

How much creatine does ragnarok contain? Enough to not have to take another creatine supp or should I just grab some creatine mono? That seems to work the best for me but I have never tried CEE so I thought I would give it a shot.

Well if I recall the dosing properly for mono it's 5g daily, and the creatine matrix in Ragnarok is 4.5g, so it seems to be enough to handle your creatine needs.

Repping the PSU. Where are you at? I live in State College right next to the university.

Anyway, I think I will stack Rag and Cordygen5 together and log that. ZMK seems to be out of stock at nutra.... Where is your stuff available at? Any stores or just online?

I will probably be taking the Cordygen5 45 min prior to workout then rag 20 min before on an empty stomach.
On my off days I'll be doing the Rag in the morning before breakfast and one Cord with every other meal...
Does this sound effective?

That sounds as though it'll work just fine. Zmk will be back in stock by the latest, early next week. Everything has been taken care of on that front and all issues will be solved.
