    Millennium Sport Technologies wants AM members to test our products! Yep lots of them
    I have been asked numerous times about logs and expected results from various products. I feel it's unfair to make you leave AM to find this information so we would like to have AM members log them right here. We feel our line can benefit many individuals from the powerlifter, bodybuilder, endurance athlete to the person just trying to shed a couple pounds. So here are the product and/or stacks we would like to see tested.

    - Training Experience (please be detailed): I started out playing basketball in high school and only did what i needed to stay in basketball shape. Since then I have messed around with lifting on and off with no real goals in mind, just to stay in shape. About 8 months ago I dedicated myself a lot more to transforming my body and achieve the look I've been talking about for the past 10 years. So far I am achieving all goals I set for myself. Its time to step it up and maybe begin a real bulk.

    • I usually write down what I eat daily, but sometimes I can not keep up with it. I have a pretty bland diet of the same things daily.
      If you have any questions dealing with a little more detail here feel free to ask. Otherwise I will just be posting my daily totals.
    • I am usually falling somewhere between 3300-3900 cals/310-370g. carbs/60-80g. fat/350-400g Protein a day.


    - Current Daily Water Intake: At least 2 Gallons a day. I wouldn't survive work without it.

    I think I should be selected as a tester because I will always give my honest opinion on the effects of a product whether it be good or bad. Completely unbiased reviewer.. I have also used the previous version of kreaceps and will be able to give a comparison of the two in my review.
    If chosen I will be able to make make the requirement of reporting at least 3 days a week. I will also be willing to post an additional Log on other forums..

    Diet: During the summer cut diet 2.0 as i approach going to university of miami!
    Training-Push/pull routine 3 days a week with 3x cardio a week set up by a trainer (lots of slow controlled reps, works with tempo a lot)
    Supp Experience-Scivation Vasoxplode, anabolic pump, green magnitude, now adam, now ecogreen multi iron free, RPN gut health
    Height 5'11
    Weight 165ish
    Bodyfat-Around 10

    Background-Weighed 175 pretty lean until i got bursitis from an injury and couldnt do cardio/legwork for about 5 weeks. On the road to recovery and looking for anything to give me an extra boost!

    Would love to test Ragnarok blue raz stim free and perhaps one of your cordyceps products for endurance while on low cal.

    I'm also going to be able to post bloodwork up (liver, test, free test, estrogen) of just pre-summer because im turning 18 and talked to my doc about just seeing what my levels are (nothing feels wrong but i'm interested in seeing the results)

    Goal-Recomp with cut diet @ 2500 calories a day, NO cheat meals.

    Honestly we typically ship to Canada also but it is getting really really pricey to ship outside the US.

    Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible) schedule varies due to work and school... exercises are always changing but always training for bodybuilding purposes ; at least two warm up sets are done per exercise; lots of failure sets, forced reps, negs, etc...train hard and intense so a large amount of exercises and sets are not necessary..occasionally train more blood volume style, but normally stick to sets of 8-10 reps
    in no particular order... changes weekly

    chest: 2-3 exercises 3 sets each
    shoulders: 3 exercises one per head 1 exercise for traps
    back: 3 exercises 3 sets each
    bi's tri's: 2 exercises each 3 sets per exercise
    legs:4-5 exercises 3-4 sets each

    Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):currently cutting 20 min, 5 days per week.. will gradually increase
    Current supplements (exact brand/product name): ON whey,store bought multi, green tea, sesathin, yohimbe

    everything is constant, pro/carbs/fats 36/36/27 281/286/94 currently cutting will slowly be dropping carbs

    Short Term Goal:get myself back into contest shape to compete late in the year

    Good luck on your surgery! July is quite awhile away plus your mandatory rest time I am sure we will be testing more products. We are working on a few new things
