    How to get the most out of cordygen5


    I have a soccer try out in about a month and a half. I ordered cordygen5 as I read reviews that it improves cardio and that it would help me greatly during the try out. So i was wondering how do I get the most out of it? Should i take it everyday for when i do my training up until the try outs? the week of? or just 45 minutes before the try out?
    I'm also going to be stacking it with Man body octane

    This product needs to be taken at LEAST an hour to an hour and 1/2 before exercise for me.

    Take it when you feel like having four lungs, I've been taking various MST products with Cordyceps for almost five years with 1-2 week breaks here and there and they haven't lost there effects.

    FYI from experience the DR caps from the new C5 take about an hour to kick in and then you should be good to go.

    MST products are NO JOKE! They absolutely WORK! I hate running but now cardio is actually, dare I say it..... fun!

    Get some RPG, its full of Ajino EAA's,Bcaa's,glutamine, Anti-ox's and orotic acid. It's something that I don't train without...love the stuff. Cre02 is still the monster, Chuck ( Ctdeuce ) will totally agree with me on that one.
