The big D, your body's defense against the big C
If you aren't getting in vitamin D, you are definitely missing out on a plethora of positives.
Cancer Fighter
Immune Boost
Fat Buster
Test Booster
Mood Booster
the list goes on.
Needless to say, get Cal-Mag!

Nice, I think 500iu is under-dosed though. I take 5000iu almost daily, get it at Sam's Club 400 pills per bottle. It would be nice to see 2500iu, research shows more and more that a higher dose is safe and the benefits continue to improve as well. I like the idea of all three in one though.
If my direct and cynical approach bothers you, just ignore it. I'm just saying what you need to hear ;).

there are 240 caps per bottle, you could mega dose, but i wouldn't be dosing the cal-mag all at once.

also, the suggested dosing on the bottle of cal-mag would put you pretty close to 5000iu's per day.

I'm pretty sure that is Zinc. That is way MST suggests taking ZMK alone before bed. Please correct me if I'm wrong MST guys.

calcium and zinc can have interactions, it can depend on the dose though
