I just wanted to make a quick post to give props to Carnage. I purchased some but haven't been taking it regularly. Well I finely started. WOW! At the end of my bike rides I have come to expect some leg pain. After 50 miles with a couple sprints, I have none. My weekend group rides used to be my harder training days but I had to switch it up and make my week day commutes to work my harder training days. Semi easy ride into work 25 miles at 17-18 mph avg. then bump it up for my ride home 21-23 mph avg. 2-4 days a week. No one meets me anymore on my way home. Silly little kittens. FYI I'm taking most of MST's line only with great results but the the carnage has helped kill the leg pain.
