    Cordygen 5 vs Cordygen Ultra V02


    I am considering using these, but I am wondering what is better for me. I'm sure other people will benefit from this question as well.

    I'm going to be doing 1-1.5 hours of running per day, but the running would consist primarily of sprints.. so which would be better?

    The cord vo2 ultra is more of a quick hitter, it absorbs and kicks in much faster.
    c5 has a sustained release.

    I would use cord v02 for running

    but it is sprinting.. and for long times.. cordygen5 is cheaper.. like 18.99 lol.. just wondering why ultra would be better

    I have both. It is cheaper in the long run. I take C5 every day. 1/2 dose on training days in the morning and full dose in the morning on none training days then I take the C ultra only on training days before my workout but in 1/2 the dose because of the 1/2 dose of C5 that morning.

    ppl tend to run a higher dose of the c5, i've seen ppl use 6 caps per day, so to save money, tm's plan is good, but you could dose a little higher with c5 if you preferred
