RPG is Delicious!
My workout partner wanted a BCAA sup so I recommended RPG based on it's profile and quality. He gave me a serving to try after the gym yesterday and WOW, it's freakin' delicious!! Like fruity bubble-gum!
Just wanted to give MST some props for putting out a awesome EAA/BCAA product, it's become a staple for my friend (he's on his 3rd tub).

Not yet a staple for you?
Good to hear your friend enjoys it, and your observation of the flavor is spot on.

How long has this been out? How have I not heard of it? This looks AWESOME!!!!
I probably did not look into it since I HAD a stockpile of BCAA formulas, but now that the stock has dwindles I will give this a try very soon.

I love this stuff. I mix it 1/2 scoop to 20oz water 4 times a day. It has helped me kick my soda habit. I was shocked to see zero sugar on the label. It taste to good to be sugar free.

How can a sugar free product taste so good?

It's the only Amino acid drink actually look forward to drinking, its' very light, mixes near perfect and valine home or overpowered artificial.
For an full complete EAA/BCAA drink I havent' found one that comes close, not to mention the addition of the berry anti ox's and an ample serving of NAC.

lucky you got a return, i had to pay in, DAMMIT!
It's hard to say which products to use and not use in the lineup as MST is one of the few that creates a line that can all be used simultaneously, well, almost all products.
So, depending on goals.
All stacks could start with a base of:
I would add more, but these I'd deem as highly essential.

Xtend used to be my staple BCAA product, but MST products are just toooo good, so I had to kick it up a notch and try RPG.
Today I've had my first taste. Pretty amazing is all I can say. I can safely say I've made the switch, it's now my new staple.
So now, my current staples are MST's:
Cordygen Ultra V02
and possibly the Glutamine soon too. I use Cre02 once in a while.
For a background on how I train, I do a split of strength/hypertrophy training 3 days per week and once in a while mix in a crossfit workout for conditioning. 5/3/1 with a hypertophy focus will be the new program.
