I sweat alot during practice but i train for sprints so my practices are rarely longer than an hour and a half. I was just wondering if i could use it before practice for endurance and how fast would it act/ suggesting time to take it?
Also, could i use it during practice or is the time span of an hour too short?
- I have read that electrolyte levels rise shortly during the start of practice then decrease as sweating continues so i am basically asking if taking such an electrolyte product would benefit me. Thanks for any answers!
