Cordy5, Mycogreen, zmk questions

    Cordy5, Mycogreen, zmk questions

    After reading all of the positive reviews, I decided to order some Cordygen5, Mycogreens, and ZMK. I am a competitive triathlete looking to increase my endurance going into marathon season. I have two questions:

    1) How would you recommend dosing these three products in order to maximize endurance for very long distance training and races? I compete in Ironman distance triathlons and also run 2-3 marathons during the fall. I am in good shape, but I really want to increase my speed over these long distance races
    2) Due to a Deep Vein Thrombosis in my right leg a couple of years ago, and pulmonary embolism, I take a daily dose of coumadin (warfarin). I get my blood checked every two weeks. I currently eat a lot of greens, so I am not too worried about the vitamin k in the Mycogreens, but do you know of any issues with Cordyceps and Warfarin? I usually avoid herbal supplements as there is a high risk of increased bleeding.

    Any help you guys can give me would be much appreciated!

    If you are being prescribed something and some supplements cause an increase in your symptoms, I would be sure to consult your doctor about the supplement.

    As far as dosing:
    Cordyceps- Begin with 3 caps, take them upon waking, they have a slow sustained release. On workout days, take them 2-3hours prior to exercise, preferably without food.
    Mycogreens- Begin with 4 caps, split the dose into 2/2 taken before meals, I would take 1 dose post-workout.
    ZMK- take the dose pre-bed without food.

    you're really going to love these. The only thing that may help you more is some Athlytes ATP to keep your electrolyte balance in check.

    I personally take Cordy5 about an hour pre w/o and it kicks in right away. Everyone is different there.
