Today I took my Nitroceps sample and though I can't say it improved my intensity or performance(due to using an entirely new set and reop scheme) I will vouch for the "pump" effect. By my 3rd set I felt quite pumped to the point where my shirt seemed to be too small, this from a bench and tricep day. If a "pump" is good for any lasting gaoins is still in question but it certainly helps you feel the workout.!

The pump effect always comes in to question, does it help, doesn't it help.
All I know is if I feel swole, then dammit I am. So, if you feel swole chances are the next workout you'll aim to be Swole-er!

Like I say...it seems like one gains ~5lbs after a workout because of the pump...assuming you've worked large muscle gruops.

I am looking to use it for Judo,just got a bottle delivered a few minutes ago. I am hoping for no pump at all. A pump while wrestling spells slower reactions,Cordygen VO2Ultra was great,made me feel at the end of practice almost the same as when practiced started.I just could not stomach it very well.
Hopefully Nitroceps will do the same without the GI issues.

try Carnage for judo matches, or even cre-02, the combo would be good. With judo you need speed/quickness/power and endurance does play a factor, but I think the carnage/cre-02 would really help with those first three I listed.

C5 works GREAT for judo, for me. I take 2-3 with my Rag at ^pm or so, workout from 6:30-6:50 (weights), the judo from 7-9.

Tried my sample of Nitrocepts 90 minutes before an arm workout. Pretty dang nice pumps and endurance off just one dose. Definitely on my "to purchase" list.

Ordered another bottle of VO2ultra even though it gave me the stomach issues,it was that good! I will try 5 Nitroceps pre-judo tonight instead of 4.

i tend to grip fight alot when i do judo and i know that any supp that causes a "pump" makes my forearms so full when i am grappling that it is very counterproductive, having tried the creo2 and the nitroceps i vote for creo2 for your judo, i guess stacked with the carnage

Nitroceps is crazy stuff. I haven't gotten fully into it, but dosing 2 first thing in the morning brings on a pump, without even moving. 2 + Rag pre-workout is just ridiculous. 4 solo pre-workout is about the same. I haven't done enough to get a feel for endurance, we'll see.

Did you guys change the formula of VO2 ultra? I get the same VO2 benefits without the stomach problems I got before with my new bottle.
