No hunger no fullness all the same as its been
I've been dosing 3 caps pre workout. 3 caps with recompadrol before pos workout meal
I don't get etter muscle pumps either
That may be do to the t2 though and a zero carb intake
I carb up 2x a week. This week my second carb up was with purple sweet potatoes
Will test body fat in a couple hours. Will post if lower. Won't if the higher
Things will be better come the new year. Monday is my next carb day.

Hope everyone had a safe new year
Seems like my first gym sesh sucked and I think in coming down with something
Parachuting abut 10g holy basil a day starting today. A tiny cough if I force it. Everyone I know has been getting an upper resp infection or some sickness
I'm loading up on my zinc multi (no iron ) and holy basil as the research and anedotal evidence shows it works for upper resp infections if that is what I have
My job also when at its warmest is 60 degrees and I don't wear a jacket because I have problems finding one that fits.
So who knows.
Any ideas toss them my way
Also I think I'm going to stop osthole at any more then 90-100 mg as I think it is contributing to ED.
I don't think it's the nolvadren but to be honest I'm not sure it's doing much.
Ill be back on oep in a couple weeks. The at2 with everything else ( I take doses with caffeine) isn't doing what I expected at all

You feel its necessary to take BCAAs while fasting? Just started 16/8 again and skipping the BCAAs this time around.
As for being sick, I've been taking Swanson Immune Essentials and feeling real good on it. Actually feel it is making a difference this winter.

70% better today from one day of the holy basil
Osthole yes been a long ass time staying on about 100mg a day
To expensive for general public at the 400mg per day dose to be a cost effective supplement

Still feel the same diets been good again last few days will wait for carb day

My bench went up by 1 rep. 215 for 8.
Will go for 10 tomorrow. Added weighted pull-ups. Tomorrow snatch grip deads and upper back work

I cleaned 185 for one with the squat. Goal is 3.
I feel both goals I set are doable

I do behind neck press
Rear delt flys
I also do another press where the weight is pulling my hands forward and down and I need my lower last and stability muscles to prevent the weight from pulling me forward

Do you incorporate any rotator cuff like trap 3 raises or external rotations in there?
Band pull Sparta, face pulls, external rotation, delt rows OH press, chin tucks and hold...
