OK, I have been taking prohormones for about 5 or 6 years on and off. Probably about 3 per year and did not do a proper pCT on any of them really. I get hot flashes, and my skin is getting blotchy now. I have been pretty lucky up until now which i am 27.

I finished up trenadrol about 5 months ago and epistane i took a year ago maybe. Also took Mass Fx, and hyperdrol about 7 months ago. I didnt really use any PCT properly.

Right when i started into trenadrol I got a puffy nipple on my left one. It is somewhat puffy underneath my nipple as well. Not really bad. I am in really good shape and have dont have much bodyfat. I need something for this. ?Suggestions???Obviously might be gyno but a rather minor case. Puffy nipple with tenderness sometimes with a little bump...not too big. Heard i need nolvadex??Like i said, it has been this way for 4 months probably..

Second, I have been experiencing bad hot flashes for a year or more. ever since i took epistane. Whenever I get hot, my face feels on fire. Went to dermatologist and he thinks its hormonal. My skin is red and blotchy only on arms and legs now when i get hot. When i wake up in morning, my skin is perfect but as my blood gets going, skin gets blotchy on arms mainly and legs a little. My face is also breaking out a little bit. I dont have acne but i get spot pimples and brown spots. Please let me know what I need to start taking immediately and if the supplements are causing my skin issues and hot flashes.

THANKS

I'd try a doctor rather than coming to an internet forum for help. But that 's just me.

I see where you're coming from. I guess these issues could be all hormone related, but it could also be an allergic reaction to something. Maybe think about any lifestyle changes you've made recently.

5-6 years and no PCT? I don't know that much about PH's but thats pretty bad. If your as worried as you make out to be, just go to your doctor.
