I read all the time about ED problems.
I think men have tried nearly everything from pumps, rubber rings (ouch) to viagra to enjoy life and even save a loving relationship.

There is one other way.

Some of you already know...so this is for those who dont.
I havent seen a good thread on this yet...so here goes.

It is called QUAD MIX (my wife calls it fix-a-flat) Yes its a shot in the "johnson" 31 guage needle (no pain at all) It takes about 5-10 mins to work and lasts two hours with the right mate.

It works on the same principle as "CAVERJET" but alot cheaper.

Trust me..ED problems are OVER!!

The cost, if it matters, is about $140 (compound pharmacy)
Last year it cost about $100 for 10 ML vile..thats about 100 shots..
for safety it should be discarded after 3 months. I was bad and used it for a year. (it still worked...I just couldnt throw it away)

Now I hope I havent offended anyone...

I hope to hear from Dr. John about QUAD MIX (good & bad) He has the formula and is familiar with all of its side effects.

Thanks Dr. John for the reply...there is no doubt about it...THIS TREATMENT FOR E.D. MUST BE MONITORED BY YOUR DOCTOR!! (it is prescription only as well)

So far after more than a year..I have had no problems. (knock on wood)
Well over 100 shots...and no scar tissue, and in my case I do not have alot of area to choose from. LOL.

As for Priapism... in my case, one hour maybe two at the most, and the show is over. Its gone.

As a back up for Priapism, I have NEO-SYNEPHRINE. Never had to use it...but like the DR says..everyones different.
If all else fails...fantasizing about Rosie O' in my hot tub with me usually does the trick.

In my experience, Viagra has side effects on my WHOLE BODY. Cialas lasts for days, and anyone who has taken these drugs knows exactly what I mean.
Anybody out there ever popped a lil blue pill...and by the time it works... your mate is asleep or out of the mood LOL

In the past I will say that I have made a few mistakes using the QUAD MIX.....

never use it if you have reservations at a fancy restuarant (you will be late)

never use it after mid-night...by 2am...I find that the event is over and Im talking to myself.

I realize this is a sensitive and controversial subject...I hope I have not offended anyone with my humor. My intent is just to inform those that may qualify. I find that life is too short to be serious all of the time.

Just to fill ya in man, Viagra doesn't do anything for your hormone levels. When I first started having problems years ago, Viagra was the first thing prescribed to me. At 25mgs, I was having no problem with erections, however, I never could orgasm on those little blue pills. As time went by, I stopped responding at 100mgs. That was when the Dr realized it was a hormone related issue. The ever increasing body fat, zero libido and constant ED was the proverbial straw.

Wise words Ksman. I am aiming to fix the problem with my own treatment and refuse to need viagra or cialis at this stage. If you older dudes (no offense of course ) can get it up without it, i am sure i can with proper HRT.

Yes, if the problem is hormone related. If E gets too high, that can mess up the benefits of the T. So AI (aromatase inhibitor) may be needed. I do see a lot of talk about using DIM to control E, but I do not have an understanding of that.

If hormones are low or messed up from something like syndrome X, with blood sugar issues, perhaps diabetes and heart disease, there can be issues with the fine blood vessels of the penis that TRT may not overcome. Certainly nocturnal and morning wood will improve the circulation in the penis and provide some recovery and development. And even with that, Cialis might still be an improvement from a sexual performance point of view and getting the penis in better physical condition. Cialis has longer action, so that would be better for recovery processes.

The take-away point, as always, is that mid-high normal ranges can really kill libido even when T levels are high and when there are otherwise strong androgenic and anabolic responses. If your doc insists that your E levels are ok when you have problems and the E does not exceed normal range, you need to find a doc that will treat your symptoms and not your lab work.

TRT is about quality of life, libido, great sex, feeling right. Testosterone is in many ways not enough. T+AI+HCG may be what you need. Some docs see no problem with shrinking testicles unless you are trying to have kids. As many needing TRT are pass child rearing years, and have postmenopausal wives in many cases, some docs don't think that your feelings and QOL are an issue. TRT/HRT is all about how you feel. You have to adocate for yourself.

Yes. I am very happy with what my TRT has done for me in that and pretty much every other regard.
I used to sometimes not reach orgasm (maybe about 20% of the time) and also would lose an erection. TRT has completely fixed it. Maybe placebo effect, but I don't think so.

could someone tell me about the tri mix dr john sells.... does this work like the caverject? it was given to me once before a songram of the ole shiale and if i rember correctly.....it was like instant telephone pole ) ...no arrosal needed. how many uses / shots do you get out of the 5mL bottle? and do you use an insulin syringe?

31 guage 5/16 insulin syringe...dose varies by patient and product...on tri mix i use 20-25 units and that is quite satisfactory..you will have to do the math on how many doses per 5ml...btw price is about 150...hope this helps

Yup. I administer the Tri-Mix after all elase has failed.

We dispense it to my patients for $140 per vial. That is a LOT of doses. I have seen one of the national chain medical clinics sell the exact same vial, by the same compounder, for $500. What amazes me more is that guys pay it.

hey doc....only when all else fails? the viagra and levitra works pretty good for me but i hate the other sides.....the flushing in my face and worst of all what it does to my eye sight. does the tri mix have these sides? am i a canidate?

Hi Bob try Cialis 20mgs every 72 hrs. my Dr. put me on this when it come out works dam good and no sides. The sides are gone after about 1 to 2 weeks on this. Takeing it every 72 hrs also is keeping my BP down. I can get it up any time just thinking about sex gets it up.

Strange..... I had bad sides with Viagra, nothing from Levitra (including erections) and pretty good success with Cialis. Although with Viagra I couldn't orgasm at all on that stuff. But I've sinse stopped responding to it....so just as well.

Check your E2,
use DIM , Adex and blood tests to figure out proper dose.

I get bad heartburn from Cialis. Still use it though. Better than jumping off a tall building with a limp **** :icon_lol: . I haven't built up as strong a tolerance to it as I have with Viagra and Levitra too.

Don't know if this will help, but it's worth considering: if your diet is high in refined and sugary foods, that might be the issue, not the cialis. A lot of things gave me heartburn until I cut out the junk and started eating whole foods. Perhaps this would help you?

Stabilize;
When doing blood tests it is important to be stabilized.
When we start taking any supplement or medicine their effect is gradual, it takes certain time to reach steady level. It starts from nothing and then it goes to that certain level. For different medicines that time is different. For Testosterone and Arimidex is little less than a month, but month is safe. There was a thread about month ago dealing with half-lifes, that is how it is analyzed.
For Proscar or Avodart this time is very long and is measured in ## of months sometimes more.

I am not sure what the deal is with DIM, I3C or TMG.
But I am assuming that month should be enough.

When you go to a doctor, you can tell him what are you taking and for how long. If you take something for less than a month you wasting time and money.

As my TRT, designed by myself, I use:
1gram Tcream 100mg/1gram
1gram prescription pregnenolone cream 100mg/gram
HCG Novarel, 250IU/every other day
6pills of Dual-Action (DIM+I3C) from LEF
Dual-Action Cruciferous Vegetable Extract With Resveratrol & Cat's Claw, 60 Vegetarian Capsules
2pills of TMG from LEF
Tmg (Trimethylglycine), 500 Mg 180 Tablets

I use many other supplements from LEF

I am using the quad mix,well lets say i've tried it a few times.I took .15 of 1 cc,and i was rock hard for 6 hours.So i went back to my urologist,and i've tried .12,13,14,none of them worked not even a slight errection. Can someone tell me what is the problem it seems that it's .15 with 6 hr. errection or nothing.

WOW! You did your research. This is a very old post. Many years have passed since I started using quad mix or should I say "tri-mix" (no atropine)
.10 of a cc should be more than enough for quality results. There are others that have called me with the same problem. In some cases it was not knowing how to inject, most of the time the mix degraded because they did not keep the mix refridgerated. it must stay cold. I had one man call with the same problem ...he found out his problem was that he was using his H.G.H. instead of the tri-mix. (I cant wait to hear how that turns out)

Six hours for your first time. The first hour is like heaven, hour 6 is another story...that happened to me too.....(6 hrs) I used .20 of the mix as directed and I spent the last 5 hours and 55 minutes in a cold pool alone at 2am...I cut back to .10 and have had no problems...good luck..and dont give up. It does work miracles for an old timer like me.

Jansz....I'm going to see a new Dr in Fairfield on tuesday and I'd like to do better with my blood tests. I've been getting the normal test, estrodial, liver enzymes, kidney function ect. I remember you talking about a special test a while back... could you shoot me the name of it. I'm worried about my natural test productuion and am thinking about doing a better job cycling.. I'd like to check my prolactin, homocystene, mcv ect

I have 2 small 35% blocks.....but feel great.

I won two shows last summer and would like to compete again this summer but want a real comprehensive work up.

Can you point me in the right direction?

BTW...I'm using quad and tri mix. 5 ui keeps me going for a couple hours, 10 iu for more than 3-4
