I figured I'd make a thread for those who are thinking of coming off as well. Long story short, I did 4 cycles from the time I was 21-25. Never felt the same after the cycles(no libido, energy and lost muscle).Got labs done and T came out low. After 9 months off,At 26 I started TRT with cream then injections, big ****in mistake.Im 30 now and my health is way worse than it used to be.Im tired of the ups and downs that comes with testosterone.Id take a stable mood over a nice body anyday.I think you need to give it 1-2 years before you can recover fully. For those young guns out there, don't cycle at a young age.I looked better naturally then I do now. Some get unlucky like me get shutdown hard after a cycle. I had my last shot 2 weeks ago.Ive tapered down to 50 MG test over the last 3 months. I started nolva a week after my last shot. Mentally,I feel way better.Calmer,happier.My libido is higher-girls on instagram and looking way better and I lust more than I do before. This past week Ive worked out harder than I have before. All this could be placebo effect, who knows.

My supplements as of now

1000 IU Vitamin E
10k IU Vitamin D
50mg Zinc
D-aspartic Acid 6gs
Nolvadex 20 mg
Fenugreek 600mg
Garlic extract 600mg
Milk thistle 500mg

Im eating a high fat diet. Things are feeling good so far. I will report back with blood work once I get them done. My goal is to get in the 350-500 range.Fingers crossed brothers!

What if you really started cycling at 25? I know that 21 is low to really start off (did some orals when I was 21/22). Doing my first pin cycle now that I'm 25 and feel the best I've ever felt.

If i were you.Id stop it right now. You are going to feel like a God on your first cycle.Libido/energy/strength/confidence will be off the roof. Its a drug, like any other drug your first time with it will be the best high. Dont play with your hormones man,you are playing with fire.Hormones regulate everything in your body. Theres nothing like being natural, and strong, having natural sex drive. If you eat healthy, take vitamins and workout hard you will feel way better. I now suffer from ED and depression. I have to take viagra or cialis to have sex since I was 25. Not everyone is going to open about their use and the side effects. Some get lucky and reboot, others like me suffer from one cycle. Im not trying to scare you,but this is the reality. I would wait until 30 to cycle. If you want to transform your body,a low dose of HGH can give good results. Years later,im still facing the consequences of the bad choices Ive made in the past.

Did you ever have your prolactin checked while on trt. I've been on a year and had good improvements such as energy, got rid of depression and anxiety. Only issue I haven't resolved is sex drive. Had my prolactin checked 2 weeks ago and I was at a 32. Over twice the upper range for men which is 15. Scheduled an endo appointment for February 14th to see if I'm hypothyroid or have a prolactinoma. I used prohormones recklessly in my late 20's and started having problems at 33. I'm 42 now and looking to obtain the last piece of the puzzle to feel normal again.

E2 at normal range, was at 27 last time I checked.Been dealing with a whole range of digestive and mental issues.Got my galbladder taken out two months ago and im still having abdominal pain and bloat.Abdominal pain on the right side is what made me stop TRT initially. I have elevated liver enzymes now somehow,im seeing a liver specialist.

Can not go by e2 blood alone even proper levels or sensitive assay. I am finding huge clinical discrepancy in the symptoms not matching up. When I look at the urine it shows a different picture matching the current symptoms. Addressing the hormone imbalance of the urine, clinical symptoms improve. This is a huge trend I am seeing sadly doctors are ignoring and treating the paper not the person. I was also victim to it..
