TRT needed(?)

Hello Everyone
I'm 23 and since I was 15, I experienced a lot of hypogonadism symptoms:
zero libidos, low morale, fatigue, gyno, low pressure, predisposition to put fat, wide hips, insufficient hair on the body
I do not smoke and I do not drink and I have not been in the gym for two years (I'm going to come back soon)

At 12 years old I got some blood exams:
TSH 1.31 microIU/ml
FT4 12.0 pg/ml
LH 0.7 mlU/ml
FSH 2.7 mIU/ml
Progesterone 0.2 ng/ml
Testosterone 0.11 ng/ml (the level was very low)

a few days ago I redid the exams:
Progesterone 0.3 ng/ml
FSH 5.2 mIU/ml
LH 6.7 mIU/ml
TSH 0.87 µIU/ml
Free Testosterone 8.8 pg/ml (in the reference values.. it should be "at least" 60 pg/ml  )
Total Testosterone 4.1 ng/ml
Prolactin 8.7 ng/ml

I went to a doctor and an endocrinologist.
they both told me there was nothing to worry about ...
But I still want to raise the testosterone values to resolve the above-mentioned symptoms...
What can I do??
Can take 125mg of Testo enanthate every three weeks can help me?
Thank you all for the support :arms:

Suggest looking for underlying pathology why as you do not want to mask a deeper cause as often over looked. First of all you better educated your self with testosterone 101 before self administering anything and work with a medical doctor supervising the process

is there any exam you recommend?
I would like to go to another endo with some exams ready, to prevent me from returning home empty-handed.

I would visit another endo.
In any case, I will be away from home until December and in this period I will not be able to go to an endocrinologist...

I would like to try testo enanthate to see if my hormones are at the bottom of the problem...
125mg every 3 weeks until December... I'm not going to prolong or increase the doses to avoid the pct/antiestrogens therapy...
can this dosage work?
Thank you for the support

You can not determine pathology with out detailed history. Factors I found inhibiting hormone have been a combination or environmental toxins, physical trauma,
emotional (past generational, current situation, own past experiences),
Pathogens.

ok, I will go to an endocrinologist in December...

in the meantime ... according to your opinion, a "cycle" of 2/3 injections of 125mg Testo e every 3/4 weeks should require a pct?
(I have no intention of going beyond these dosages, only I absolutely need to try)

No.

Don't. Its a stupid idea. Time between pinning is way to long. There is no "a little bit test -now and then". There is TRT -or nothing.

Your case is special and a case for a competent endo (if you find one).
What follows is NO advise:
If I were you -and most endos were idiots, when it comes to low test in men (that's what I think anyways), here what I would do.

I would sit down and think really hard of the consequences pinning test FOREVER. Then I would read all articles referring to TRT I can find on the internet, also about fertility (if you plan to have children in future).
After that, I would start a full blown TRT regime, like 150mg/w test-e, pinning 75mg twice a week.I would use insulin syringes and pin to my delts. HCG at recommended dosage (google), trans-dermal pregnenolone -and/or DHEA. I would buy exemestane to have it at hand, just in case of estrogen trouble. I would start working out and change my diet accordingly. Then, after 2 month, I would check my bloods to see what else is needed to be done.

By the way, the fact that you call testosterone -"testo" makes me think I saw you already here on AM before....

the problem is that its quite complicated and expensive to find the right endo.
I wanted to take that testosterone enanthate cause I always had these problems, and sincerely, I can't resist any more.. this situation has caused me many problems up to now

I know what the consequences are of pinning testosterone forever.
Here in Italy, the testosterone is prescribed by the doctor, and life therapy is completely free (excluding specialist visits and exams) this is the main reason why I will NEVER do a trt on my own

Is there anything I can do while I'm waiting for December??

anyway, this is my first time on this forum .. here in Italy, "testosterone" is often abbreviated with "testo" :biglaugh:

ps. is there any other blood test I could do?
here they are quite cheap so I do not have much trouble getting them (6 euros per exam)

I don't know any other way to boost test, besides clomid. 25mg eod was recommended by knowledgeable members (note: not every day) and had good results for others.
I wouldn't take "a bit of test -now and then". It would cause sudden spikes of test, being a hormonal roller coaster.
