44 y/o - help with baseline labs?

I had some lab work done last week and compared it with some similar (but less extensive) labs from last fall, both at Labcorp. I'm 44 y/o, moderately active, 6'2" and about 190#, 15% bf according to my scale (which honestly seems low), with normal to low-normal blood pressure, and taking D3 (6000 IU), resveratrol (500 mg), zinc (30 mg zinc monomethionine), finasteride (1 mg, ~15 yrs w/no side effects), baby aspirin, and a multivitamin daily, but no prohormones, sarms, serms, etc. I've been between PCPs for awhile, so had the labs to get a healthy baseline and see how stable things are. Pretty happy with the blood lipids, and the high normal hematocrit goes with the territory (altitude adaptation). Total T looks pretty great for my age, but free T seems low in comparison, probably due to the high SHBG. Less happy about the high TSH. Total T and estradiol look pretty stable over time (about 9 months). Low WBC is probably sinuses. And that's about as far as I can go on my own right now.

I've tried to lay out the results below including reference ranges in a semi-readable format. What should I be focusing on? I figure I should work on adding muscle mass and building strength, since I'm old AF already and don't want to fall apart. Thoughts? Open to supplementing with whatever.

Here are last week's results:

Your TSH is really high. I'd get that checked out.

you are in the reference range for hypothyroidism, most likely subclinical.

This is when TSH is above 4.0 and free T4 levels are within therapuetic range.

Would benefit from T3 and autoantibodies follow up.

The good thing is you are not suffering form anemia as usually I see around 45% suffer from this due to decrease erythropoiesis.

otherwise you are looking pretty darn good!

Thanks guys. Can't get into see the new PCP until January, but my insurance will let me see a specialist without a referral, so might be able to see an endo before then. With luck they won't freak out if I show up with labs already in hand.

Glad to hear that things are in good shape otherwise.
