Donating blood on TRT

I've been on HrT for over two years and haven't donated blood. I get blood tested every 3-months and haven't had issues with hematocrit. Is it really necessary if you are staying within physiological range to donate blood regularly?

Absolutely not necessary if you stay within range. Here is a cheat sheet I use:
