Blood results thoughts

For awhile I was having an issue with low libido, not being able to get it up easily, and being very tired and grumpy later in the evening. So I got bloods recently more or less just trying to get a baseline idea of where I was at since I haven't gotten them before. From what I understand they are ok, not low necessarily, but not high either.

Testosterone, Serum 508 ng/dL 348 - 1197 01

Comment:

Adult male reference interval is based on a population of lean males

up to 40 years old.

Free Testosterone(Direct) 12.5 pg/mL 8.7 - 25.1

The rest of the results were within what they used as a reference range. Minus a few high such as creatine level, potassium, BUN:

BUN 25 High mg/dL 6 - 20 01

Creatinine, Serum 1.29 High mg/dL 0.76 - 1.27 01
Sodium, Serum 145 High mmol/L 134 - 144 01

Potassium, Serum 5.3 High mmol/L 3.5 - 5.2

I am into lifting so I do eat quite a bit of protein, although not an over the top amount. As well as take creatine. These are all kidney related which scared me a bit, but I'm guessing it's mainly due to my diet, and lifting.

Done a few PH cycles in the past but nothing in the last few years, and never legit test or anything.

Question is does anything stand out here? I can post the rest of the bloods if need be. Would you just try to naturally raise a bit at this point or leave it be?

I did I didn't post the whole thing to keep it cleaner. I can post the rest if needed:

Estradiol, Sensitive 29.0 pg/mL 8.0 - 35.0 02

Thanks man!

LabCorp's Estradiol Sensitive blood test is notoriously inaccurate. Giving much lower results than you actually have.
Retest, using the plain (cheaper) Estradiol test.

Yes, post the rest of your Hormones. LH? DHEAs?, TSH?, SHBG? FT?

Which test would cover the rest of those? I know TSH is in a thyroid panel. Not sure on others? Also on the excel male forum everyone wanted to see thyroid tests, but nobody has ever commented on the results from the current lab I did, so I'm assuming there isn't much issue that stands out to go by on that lab? And we need more to try to find something?

Honestly hasn't been as bad lately, after I started taking zinc and D3 I've had fewer issues with getting it up, so I'm not as motivated at the moment to keep testing. I'm trying to make sure I get more sleep

Your LH is pretty good, and leads me to think your E2 is not a major problem, but that makes me wonder about your DHEA sulfate level.
I like testing the hormones like DHEA sulfate, because they are easy (in the USA) to supplement.
Yes, a slow thyroid can explain male hormone problems, and is pretty much first on the investigation list.
A mild anti-estrogen could boost your LH.

I might go ahead with a thyroid and DHEA panel. Still basically free money as my work puts money into my HSA and I can pull it for labs without saying what they are for. Any particular mild AI you recommend looks like there are quite a few options? Been quite awhile since I ran anything, so can't remember, think I mostly went with Olympus Labs stuff like elim1nate

Also have been extra stressed lately with work. Wondering if maybe cortisol could play a part as well. I know natty things usually either don't work or aren't that amazing, but after doing some searching on here I'm thinking about at least trying the respawn stack with Invictus and Virtus, or something like Test1fy. See if it helps at all.
