What up, folks?

I'm a few months away from being 37.

I recently got blood work done, and I'm about to get a consultation from Dr. Rand McClain (from the YouTube Ask the Doc series).

I'm not sure if I'm going to go on TRT, yet.

I'm doing my research now.

But I'm curious to know if anyone has any advice and/or input.

If you're on TRT, would recommend it or do you have any regrets?

If you were once on it but came off, why? What was the reason you came off?

I appreciate the input, either here in a private message.

Thanks.

I'm not sure if I'm going to go on TRT, yet. -If you are not having sexual dysfunction I would say NO. Sometimes your T can be 'normal ' but your free testosterone and SHBG (Sex Hormone Binding Globulin) are OK I would NOT.
You may well get a lot of benefit from supervised HCG, Nolvadex, ect. When 'the boys's shut down then it's time to get on. Bloodwork can't hurt but just total T is BS. You need LH/FSH, E2, T-serum, T-free, AND SHBG-Proviron lowers that and that's why guys get a huge surge in sex drive.
