What is a good way to block estrogen
Why are you wanting to block estrogen? Are you on TRT or cycling gear? Have you had your E2 levels checked? Give us more info.

You don't want to block estrogen. I think guys are ****ing themselves up for gains and long term HPTA function more than they may think with so much estrogen inhibiting. It isn't a bad thing in itself and actually really necessary.

And normally I would entertain the question, but with only 3 posts and asking this, leads me to believe you may not have researched this at all.

I have had them tested and for the life of me I can't find the file. My test were normal but bound up and not being used, so I was given a topical cream 1 gm per day for almost 4 months and haven't noticed much I need to go in again just haven't had time.

May I suggest using this app to track these hormone tests:

myBloodTracker by Mark Mazzeo
https://appsto.re/us/vvMndb.i

-All tests stored locally on your iPhone/iPad
-Features over 200 blood tests with customizable ranges and units.
-Full male/female hormone panels
-Once you enter the test results, it instantly indicates if you are in or out of range.
-With a touch of the button it graphs all your test results to indicate if you are trending high or low.

It really is your answer to keeping bloodwork organized.
