Hallo
I have a long term Problem ,whit my pituitary.
I Have a microadenoma and long term low ACTH level last 2-4 years in the Range of 7-10 (ref 8-50)its low and so i have DHEA Level in the rang of 200 and cortisol in the rang and 8-10 low too.
I try this year TRT whit difference protocol to find the right dose.
The Problem is all time on trt i dont have energy.
I do Blood test and my acth level Fall under the range 3,6! and i go off Whit TRT.
After reading now 100 site on web in 2 weeks i Know all hormons from outside ,can decreased all Part of the work of our pituitary .
My TSH fall from 1,8-2 .0 to 1,2
My shbg whas still High in the range of 60 :-((have this problem bevor TRT too
Now i don't Know what i can do.
when i take DHEA-acth whas falling
when i take HC-acth whas Falling
When i take testosterone-ACTH whas Falling
What can i do,whit my low ACTH level?
symptoms whas like the same what under Low Testosterone :-(
Now i Have low Testosterone and low ACTH
