Low Test and high estrogen.

I just did bloodwork and my Testosterone came back at 417 ref 348-1179 ng/dl, Estrogen 32 reference 7.6-42.6 pg/nl, LH 4.3 ref 1.7-8.6 mIU/mL and FSH 1.5 ref 1.5-12.4 mIU/mL. My d**k hasn't been a wet noodle, (no fun). I'm surprised by this because I'm 26 and my last cycle was around 10 months ago. Why is it that 10 months later with no steroids in my body that my T is so low and Estrogen so high? I still have some Arimidex, letrozole and clomid lying around which one or two should I take? To be fair the last cycle I did was pretty strong.I did test tren and Anadrol. But after my pct I should have reached my normal test.

Beware Gyno! It loves this ratio. You feel okay? Always get labs before and after PCT. there is Supression and Shutdown. I fear the later. HCG might help, but I'd re-do the PCT. Aggressive first week with the Clomid.

Your test is on the low end and can fluctuate depending upon the time of day you drew and your estradiol is fine.

Do you still workout? How's your diet? How's your sleep? You drinking or drugging?

Thank you David, I have been slacking off on all the above. I took the test at around 2 pm . This was after a vegas trip that included several drug plenty of alcohol and lack of sleep.

No gyno, for the most part I feel ok other then the lack of erection, sex drive still high. I will start talking Letrozole 1.5 mg eod and clomid 50mg a day for 4 weeks. Does that sound like a a good idea?

That much letro will destroy your estradiol and your cholesterol!

There is nothing terminal about your test and estradiol number.

IMHO get your lifestyle in check for a few months eating plenty of EFAs remaining substance free and working out and resting regularly and check your values in a three months.

Thank you David will do. It's really hard (no pun intended) to have a girl over to your house and not be able to perform. I have been taking letrozole for about a week and a half already, started noticing good changes but on your advice I will start to taper it off

If you have erection issues get some visgra or cialis. Not to mention being sober and physically active again should improve the situation.

Letrozole is some very powerful stuff that will rapidly eliminate all of your estradiol and quickly destroy your lipids.

Your test and estradiol are normal and should in no way be influencing the ability for a 26yo male to achieve an erection. I would suspect that you lifestyle and substances of choice are more likely causing your issues. Regardless of the anecdotal erection taking 1.5mg of Letrozole with a 32 estradiol without using any aromatizing exogenous androgens will have your estradiol at undetectable in very little time at all. Not healthy.
