Hey Phil,

Glad to see you are still here! Hope you are doing well. Most things are great here. Phil was it you that had some prostate issues years ago?
If so I'd like some advice but would like to take it to a email or p/m.... and I forget to do that here.

Jansz is probably still around or may be froze his balls off jumping in an ice bath LOL

When looking at prostate cancer on needs to look at the past caffeine intake over the course of their life
People with Cyp1b1 gene expression are more likely to have estrogen related cancers. In males its usually prostate BPH or cancer which is commonly found. After doing well over 1500 genetic profiles of multiple medical conditions. This scenario has been a constant trend in males with this medical condition.

I only provide information from a clinical, evidence or researched base approach. Other wise when dealing with top medical professionals globally, they will never take one seriously.

I had prostate surgery 20 yrs. ago due to slow voiding what a mess never will do that again. Today for BPH I take Cialis 5mgs. / day this helps a lot. And I take D-Mannose to keep from getting an infection.

Hey Matrix, Hey Phil,

I had a biopsy done and it came back positive 3 out of 12. I'm going for a bone scan and a bladder scope in a week or so. Hopefully they will be clean.
I do a heavy TRT....one really couldn't call it that cause it's much more. I'm still competing. I'm trying to get some solid info on if I should come off while going thru this. Many guys much smarter than I have taken it both ways....get off now / don't ever get off. I'll crash like a train wreck if I do. Any feedback for me on this? Is Dr John still active here? I haven't chatted with Jansz in a very long time. Glad all you guys are still kicking hard )

Coop if there is hidden estrogen imbalances going on it can greatly impact immune system. Since majority of cases I work on are immune compromise, I would highly suggest you make sure your hormones many estradiol is being monitored properly. I am also starting to have doctors measure estrone now along with e2. When e2 is normal and e1 is elevated or out of balance with e2 then this can have a huge impact on immune system. What was the diagnosis for they were evaluating ? If you are being on Trt dosages it will help you recooperate, but I do know high testosterone can alter anesethia. As long you are not supra physiological dosages should be fine..
