I'm 6' weigh around 200 20%body fat. Been to the Dr. No good there. I've been crossfitting and some Olympic lifting for almost 3 years. The past year everything has dropped off. Strength and stamina.
See another Dr. My regular Dr. said all was fine when I started feeling poorly. 2nd Dr. knew his stuff regarding male middle-age changes and did more work and looked for the issues which were rectified.
