Ok so while I'm not surprised talked to nurse today everything is ok cholesterol..thyroid.. Liver... Kidneys... Test is not... Tt 260, ft 45.. Estro 60 ... Told her that cialis once a day seems to help in that area but I feel it needs to be a lil stronger because on there website they show this 5mg a day for bhp deal whereas 10 is for Ed stuff... Anyhow the low test explains the crappy feeling and no libido and energy I'm guessing and they are sending me to a urologist?? Said they are specialists for this and they can adjust meds and prescribe test.. Part of me just wants to score some gear and do my own thing but I suppose since I have insurance that's really good I'll just stick to the pharm grade for now... Idk what to expect... Anyone have thoughts or experience please ask or enlighten me... Just crazy at 38 didn't think I'd be expecting this also my wife wants to have children so I guess I'll have to have hcg as well or forget kid idea for abit

E2 = 60?
I'll have to guess that your LH is really low.
IMO you need to verify your LH, and try low dose SERM, or AI (my favorite is AROMASIN).
I cut a 25mg AROMASIN tablet into 14 doses, and took 1 1/14th a day over two weeks.
In two months, AROMASIN dropped my E2 to 25, and boosted my LH from 3 to 8+, and TT above 900.

Curious, from your posts you've used PHs and seeing your E2 so high, I think you are not recovered completely from your past cycles. Maybe you should look into a Clomid restart instead of TRT, unless you simply want TRT.

Also E2 controls libido just as much as testosterone. With E2 at 60 your libido should be super low.

Find a good doctor who won't just skip straight to testosterone injections. You need to fix the problem so your body produces testosterone naturally again.
What these guys said sounds better.

Agree although at my age could it truly be a low t issue... But yes I'm gonna shoot for better means only reason I feel it's truly low t is honestly I've felt like this for awhile and I haven't ran a cycle for 2 years at least of anything

Sounds like time for a CLOMID challenge, to see if you can get that LH up. Keep watch on the E2.

Diet and lifestyle can do a lot for testosterone - if there is nothing physically wrong with you. Read one guy who boosted testosterone by several hundred points in a couple of months, with food, exercise, sunlight and good quality sleep.
Maybe find out if you are deficient in any minerals or vitamins.
Normal range doesn't mean much, from my own experience and what I've read. It can mean you are the same as an 80 year, not that you are what you should be.

The reason I say avoid the injections is because they tell you body it doesn't need to try producing testosterone, so it becomes dependant on it, and cures the symptoms, not the problems.
Try all you can first to let your body produce it again.

Agree...and I am changing diet I think I wasn't getting enough sleep or right amounts of fats and calories in general also stress is huge from my job and my wife doesn't help matters with every lil thing being a crisis. Anyhow I'm taking a natural product with methy d aspartic as well as vitamin d and kick in up calories and good fats and fats in general hoping that by getting back to basics will bring me back... I just don't wanna be dependent on trt just yet and I still find it hard to believe I can't do trt naturally. Will I have a lvl of 800 no... 500 maybe not... But I'm not 19-20 anymore either... I just gotta get this range up hundred or 200 and I'll be golden I think... But I am digging the cialis daily might stay on these... Anyhow ya all feedback appreciated to my road to recovery

Stress can do a lot against testosterone, it raises cortisol and prolactin, both of which have a negative effect if they are too high for too long. Find time to meditate, have a regular massage, sit in a park - and sleep 8-9 hours a night in as dark and quiet a room as you can make it.
There are good lists out there for testosterone boosting foods.
All stuff combined, you can see serious increases over a few months. Brasil nuts, mushrooms, dark green vegetables, red meat, good fats like you said. cheese, (organic) milk, eggs, pure pomegranate juice (can raise by 20%), magnesium, zinc, copper, boron. Ginger, ginseng. A lot of others. Make them your normal foods. Post how things go.
