Total test 99!

Like the title says my total test is 99. I am 36 years old 6'1 225lbs. Had my blood work done at the dr. They referred me to a urologist, I have an appointment there in a few weeks. Any guesses to what he will say? Btw my free test is 9.4pg/ml with a reference range of 8.7-25.1. Any opinions on what I should do?
