estrogen/prolactin and libido

I had these blood work results recently
On 150mg test
Test
950
Free t
25 high
E2
60 high
Prolactin
30 high

I started adex .25mg on shot days and caber .25mg on shot days

Libido was low before this as well as trouble maintaining.

Now it was good for a few weeks and now its gone down some. I will be getting blood work down next week to see where I am at.

I was wondering how high estrogen effects libido/erectile function? I've read conflicting things.

Do some people just do better without an ai? So lowering t dose would be a better idea? Also are high estrogen and high prolactin levels related? Thanks.

Having your free T out of range on the high end can effect libido and erections negatively. I would reduce the amount of T a little bit to see if that helps. Some still need an AI with low TRT doses of t

Thanks. I'll see how this next blood work goes first then I'll probably reduce it then.
