I have been on TRT for 2 years now. 50mg 2x a week test-cyp with no arimidex or HCG.

My last bloods came back with an e2 of 28 and test as 950ng/dl. DOctor was very impressed.

However over last 6 months ive gotton worse on TRT. I had my cortisol checked via 24hr cortisol saliva and it was 50% lower then what it was before TRT.

I now have a hypothyroid aswell with a 35.7C temp in the morning !. I have a script for armour thyroid but i cannot take more then a grain because the low cortisol causes pannick attacks.

I am considering STOPPING TRT because it feels like it has made me worse by ruining my pregnenolone production and screwing up cortisol.

i tried oral pregnenolone 2mg and i felt foggy and bad on it. Im very close to giving up.

Can anyone help me?? thanks.

Depending on your age, it is always recommended to check adrenals first as well as isolate the potential cause. First rule of thumb get the person's symptoms under control. One needs to create a workable environment before anything else.
