What's the best way to keep blood pressure low on trt? I donate blood to keep my hematocrit/RBC lower since it stays nearly over range and I'm pretty sure causes ED. Should I take a baby aspirin every day to keep my blood thin? I've always had very low blood pressure until starting trt.

IMPE until you get your Hemaglobin down to low/mid range its going to keep your BP a bit elevated. I was at the high end + for hemaglobin and hovered at 135/85± which is uncharacteristic of me. I'm back down to a hemoglobin of 15 and I'm back to 120/70.

Naringin (grapefruit) http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/?term=naringin+hematocrit

Cardio, hydration, daily low dose Cialis.

No TRT expert (but I'm low and it may be in my future), check out this site for others talking about this. It may be related to your dose being too high: http://www.peaktestosterone.com/forum/index.php?topic=4088.0
50mg twice per week keeps my hematocrit at 49, and RBC about 10 points from being over range. So grapefruit juice would help? And 5mg cialis per day? And no to baby aspirin?

Will using 5mg cialis per day cause me to become desensitized to pde5 inhibitors?

I had to start a BP med when I went on TRT. I use an ARB (angiotension receptor blocker) and it's great. Works well for wood too, very few if any sides documented in trials. I started with Losartan and switched over to Olmesartan. I was on a bit of a water pill before with Losartan but the water pill can cause libido/wood issues, so I dropped it and switched to Olmesartan.

Baby aspirin will NOT lower blood pressure. It reduces clotting. It also does not 'thin' blood. Just affects your clotting, so it is used to prevent strokes & blood clots.

Cool, I'm pretty sure the ED issue is blood pressure related, because I become super limp for 6+ hours after injection and my ears ring for hours. I also feel the pressure in my eyes, behind my jaw etc for the first few hours.

Oh wow, I've never had that happen! And mine can tend to run high, especially when blasting. Do you have a home BP monitoring kit to test?
