Started taking oral pregnenolone about 8 months ago. After taking it for about 2 months, my levels weren't where my Dr wanted them so I decided to start sublingual. Started taking sublingual about 4 months ago and got my labs back today. My pregnenolone levels have tanked! It's like I haven't been taking the preg at all. I take oral DHEA and its working great. I have decided to go back to oral pregnenalone. Has anyone else had this problem? I always thought sublingual was better. I guess it just means everyone is different.

See this thread especially the last few pages. http://anabolicminds.com/forum/male-anti-aging/241254-pregnolone-dhea.html oral vs sub-lingual discussion starts about post 348

I take 100mg orally every few days now(daily when first started) for a few years and it works. Progesterone back to normal and E levels normal.(E was never out of range for me but some views indicated large dosing of Preg will raise E.) Other folk swear by sub-lingual.

If oral works for you, then by all means go that route. It worked for me too, but sublingual works better as my e2 stays low.

The E2 is going to concern me because I've finally been consistent with my levels for the past 6 months since I've been on sublingual. Levels have been at 23. I hope the oral doesn't throw it off.
