want to start pinning my delts. im reading 25g 1" does this sound about right? also, does anyone have tips or suggestions or maybe even a link on best deltoid injection spot? thanks

Get some insulin syringes. 100IU, 1/2 inch ultrafine. Use a 22g with big syringe to load then pull a plunger from the slinpin and load from back. Hold the plunger into back and carefully flip it over while sliding plunger up. Wait for air bubble to rise. Squeeze it out and hit it. Works great for delts. You can warm it up in warm water to ease the squeeze.
