Trying clomid restart, what bloodwork to check?

Background: I've tested low to low-normal testosterone level the last three blood tests I've gotten over the past year and a half. I'm trying a clomid restart currently. I'm just looking for what I should be testing as far as bloodwork goes once I've been on the clomid for awhile. So far the list is this:

Total Test
Free Test
Estradiol
LH
FSH
TSH
SHBG
VitD25 (I was low the last time, have been supplementing D3)

Am I missing anything? I want to ensure proper thyroid functioning as well, does TSH tell the whole story?

That's an ok list. I would add DHEA-s to the list. If it's not at the top of the range, take micronized DHEA.

TSH doesn't tell a fraction of the thyroid story. Probably need to add T4, Free T4 and Free T3 at a minimum. Rev T3 would be good to have. Antibodies are helpful if the first run of tests indicate an issue.
