Whats up guys.... This month i will have been on TRT Test Cyp 100mg E7D. Feeling normal but erections are another story.

Anyway last week i went to see a Endocrinologist about my problems and explained my story- symptoms- and to seek advice... and i showed him my big lab from PrivateMDLabs....

After all that he stopped me dead in my tracks and said i need to see a urologist. He said there was nothing on my Labs and the fact that i am at 790 7 days after injection...there should be no reason why i can't maintain the a successful erection.

Just wondering if anybody is in a similar situation.......

Later and Urologist here i come,

Man, just another joke of an endo. The fact that your test is at 790 7 days after injection probably means that you have high e2 as well. There are lots of things that affect erections and libido, but for those of us on TRT, it is usually surrounding excess estrogen and/or cortisol.

Would a mild ai like erase pro or ad3 help with the erection issue? If it is just elevated e2.

Ok, so that gives you an idea that you need labs run to see. We aren't going to be able to predict anything based on what was presented and no point in wasting time guessing.

BTW- when people post numbers, always post the range. Different labs have too much range to determine where it should be. My lab range is 10-70 and if I fall into the teens, I know it. I am happiest in the high 20s-mid 30s.

Wow, good for you. Rarely does anyone come in and already know all the information. Honestly, the only thing that stands out is the hematocrit levels being high and I would think that could have a say due to blood flow alone. But, that is pretty debatable topic if you read up on it.

I'm out of Internet doctor ideas :). Gotta go to the experts to see at this point.

If you are using LABCORP's Sensitive Estradiol test (range 3-70) then that 35 IS really high E2. This test gives false, low numbers. You need to use E2 test code 4515 (7-42 range). I took the two tests at the same time and the Sensitive E2 test result was 19(3-70) but the 4515 E2 test result was 54(7-42). I spent the money to run the tests together because my symptoms were high E2, but the stupid test was telling me I was low. PS. I'm not pinning Test.

Injecting twice a week might help, with the E2 spikes.

SHBG should be looked into.

LDL levels need attention, probably unrelated unless a potential indicator of low blood flow to the little man.
