Hi everyone, I fairly new to this forum. Lots of very knowledgeble posters here.
To the Matrix or anyone else who can help:
I was recently diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroiditis (TPO ab at 1022)...and put on Levoxothyrine 50mcg, advised to be gluten and dairy free and supplementing with Vitamin D with K2, Pregnenalone, Vitamin C, Zinc, selenium taken with Vitamin A...I have installed shower filter changed deodorant to aluminum free and fluoride free toothpaste, and trying to get all the chemicals out of my house any way I can..
I eat clean and I am also currently trying to clear my methylation pathway so I can start to take methylated B12 etc. and I am on a low sulphur/thiol diet...I have an appointment with ENdo next week but I have no clue if he is versed in MTHFR issues...I sent my 23andme results ahead of my visit and Im hoping he has a clue...I have been researching a lot online and I have learned a lot but I am hoping to hear from Matrix regarding my DNA test results I am posting below.

Thanks!

With out case history, family history and proper supplementation. Actually I can probably pull the family history from hear tell you more about your self then you want to know. LOL I done close to 1000 of these reports already. Unfortunately I am not going to strain my eyes looking at this thing. Put it in the proper PDF form would be helpful. BTW I am one of the ones who is doing a lot of the research in these genes. probably about 15% of the chart from my research.. This report is missing a lot of the major ones COMT and a few others which are crucial to the case. Why I use Mthfrsupport.com application..

Hi Matrix,
I have attached PDF of my Livewello report.
My mother and my sister both have thyroid issues, and most likely my deceased grandmother. Mother has undiagnosed Hashimotos, sister has Graves disease.
Mother and sister have Mitral valvle prolapse. I Have have LGL syndrome which is outdated Diagnosis...causes palpitations..
Stated having extreme fatigue in my early thirties and depression , meds never helped. I have gained and lost the same 20 lbs but most recently my weight is stable but my muscle tone is not what it should be, skin is saggy and crepe like.
Thanks!

Bro you got a lot of stuff going on...it would take me close to a damn hour to even start to explain this stuff along to type it all out. The history you provided was only 10% of what I normally require. I do about 20 of these things a week.

HAve you ever taken cipro or levaquin in the past?
Does you family have history of addictions (drug, alcohol, or other addictive behaviors)
I can could sit here and ask you numerous questions which I can see the answers already present with in the information presented.

Hi Matrix,
I took Cipro for travelers diarrhea back in 2002. That is the last time I can remember taking it.
No, Not a lot of addicton problems in my family...I have a half sister with drug issues that's all.
Can you please tell me What other things can you see that I should look further into or address?
I want to get back into good physical shape, it is really bugging me...that and my non existent libido and hair loss are symptoms that bother me the most.

Thanks Again.
